The client wanted to update their content to be more current and engaging. Most of their existing content consisted of graphics of painted ceramics, with little about the shop itself due to time constraints and lack of ideas. We developed a social media plan focused on showcasing lifestyle content, custom pieces, humor, and user-generated content (UGC). Over time, this strategy generated increased interaction from followers and heightened anticipation about visiting the store. After two months of consistent implementation, sales increased by 3%, demonstrating the effectiveness of our approach.
